We are in-network providers with several major insurance groups such as: Aetna, Ameritas, Anthem, Assurant, Cigna, Guardian, Humana, MetLife, and some other smaller carriers. If you want help figuring out what your OUT-OF-POCKET cost would be to come to our office, we can help explain it. Just give us a call. For your convenience, we will be happy to file claims on behalf of our patients who use: Delta Dental, United Concordia, United Healthcare and others. This allows patients to be reimbursed directly by their insurance carrier.
