I cannot adequately express my appreciation to my dentist, Dr.
Russell McFarlane, and his staff who came into the office to
repair a very painful broken crown on a Saturday during the
beginning of the covid-19 crisis. I told him the repair was better
than nature's own and he simply responded "we are just here
to help."
Recently I have been back for a routine yearly visit and noted
that he has completely redesigned his entire office, reception,
and workspace to be as safe as possible in these difficult times.
Members of the Koen family have lived in the old West Austin
areas of Brykerwoods and Pemberton Heights, for over 80
years.
Dr. McFarlane's office [was] located just
behind what we old-timers call the "Golden Molar"
If you live in this old Austin area and need a caring,
conscientious, capable, and safe dentist, please give Dr.

The only way to describe my experience at this office, is awesome. The staff took good care of me from start to finish. The doc even thanked me for being there.
