If you want help figuring out what your OUT-OF-POCKET cost would be to come to our office, we can help explain it. Just give us a call. For your convenience, we will be happy to file claims on behalf of our patients who use: Delta Dental, United Concordia, United Healthcare, MetLife, Assurant, Humana, and others. Patients with out-of-network benefits may be allowed to receive reimbursement directly from their insurance carrier.
